Delivery and Returns
All goods are sold subject to our condition of sale:
Please ensure there will be someone available to sign for the package when it arrives.
Standard UK delivery is 3 – 5 working days. If you need a faster delivery then please get in touch.
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery.
Orders are accepted in multiple of 12 and there is a minimum order quantity of 12 bottles to ensure safe shipping.
All weights, measurements and dimensions are approximate.
There is a 7 day cooling off period from the time you place the order on our site. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before the 7 day deadline has passed, you can let us know by emailing email@example.com or via the Website Returns Form.
We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.

Refunds and Returns
Other Refunds are only available on faulty or damaged goods. If anything you order from us arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 10 days of receipt. We will arrange for a full refund and/or collection. You can let us know via the Website Returns Form.
NONE OF THE ABOVE AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
